KCBS Competitor

Topic: Time to eat
My husband is what I would call a part-time bbq weekend warrior. He lives, eats and breaths bar-b-q! He compete's at some of the KCBS Bar-B-Q competitions in the midwest.

It let's him show a little of his competive side, but most importantly it let's him become part of another "family" every weekend. I don't attend may competitions because our children are still really young, and we also have 2 restaurants that I stay home and "try" to take care of while he's gone. He is just as excited when one of his friends get a "call" as when he does! His good friend's Mark and Carrie with "4 Men and a Pig" have been really good mentor's for him. Here they are, as you can see, he's learning from the best.
